Love it or loathe it, social media is a platform that connects people. Australian Horse Racing Punters are no different! Read the five punters we suggest you must follow on Twitter!
1. Daniel O’Sullivan @TRBHorseRacing
O’Sullivan owns and runs BetSmart which is a horse racing tipping and education service but has also been a mainstay fixture on the Australia horse racing scene for many years. Daniel is a data focused individual that has been involved with The Ratings Bureau (TRB) for many years.
Daniel is great at providing free information and statistics to punters and is often engaging with other industry participants and answer punting questions.
K O’Hara: In 2017 so far she’s flying 26 / 122 up to $10 SP for a +15% POT against a market average of -5% POT

2. Daniel Kelly @winbetdan
Dan is a ‘punters punter’ and focuses on Victorian Racing. Specifically country, provincial races and maiden races. He has a background working for corporate bookmakers and has learnt his craft from some of Australia’s sharpest race track minds.
He is always willing to engage with punters and answer form or race questions for his fellow punters. If the Country Vic circuit is your wheelhouse, then give Dan a follow!
3. John McLeod @macbetjohn
This time for the QLD punters. John and his team offer a comprehensive QLD tipping service for clients and of late John has been very active on Twitter answering and engaging with punters.
In fact, he is currently running a service whereby you can message him a runner you’d like more information on and he then produces a small YouTube video answering your question.
Bookmakers and punters all around Australia both fear and respect John who has stood the test of time in the industry.
Bit early Chris but think under odds at moment – $3 short enough

4. Adam Blencowe @NoverreMan

Data-driven he often provides insight into not only Australian racing, but International racing as well. Beware though, Adam is a mad Tigers fan!
Royal Symphony rated 110P after Saturday. Falls bang in the middle of other two-start stars Doubt I’m Dreaming 111 and Kementari 109+.

His Twitter handle says it all, he is the modern punter. Engaging and insightful on Twitter he provides anything from a free tip to a trial review and is always engaging with sharp, like-minded punters!
Race 6 on Monday @ Mildura, the $13 about Spirit Of The Dawn at the TAB looks super. Never got a crack first-up, can dictate & down in class
